Thank you for visiting and shopping at InternetStore Australia. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Penshurst, New South Wales, Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this stage.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

All toy orders are free shipping and other items flat rate shipping. Free shipping will use couriers of our choice from InternetStore, including but not limited to: Sendle, Mail Plus, Couriers Please etc. Australia Post is still an option if preferred.

Free Shipping for all orders over $80.

Shipment processing time

All standard orders are processed within 1 business day.

All custom orders can take between 2-4 days depending on volume.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please note: 

• Orders submitted from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening will not be processed until the next working day.
• Delivery times may be longer than normal for orders placed during popular promotions and around seasonal events and public holidays such as Easter and Christmas. Please allow extra time for delivery during these peak periods.
• Delivery may take a little longer to regional areas.
• Delivery times do not include day of dispatch

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
